K12LTSP mailing list

The K12LTSP mailing list is hosted by Red Hat, and is the worldwide users' forum for the popular K12LTSP distribution - a CD set that installs school thin client networks practically 'out of the box'.

K12LTSP is an extension of Red Hat Linux, which includes software developed by the Linux Terminal Server Project (LTSP) together with many other packages that have been requested by teachers. There are separate mailing lists for LTSP, and LTSP can be installed on many other Linux distributions besides Red Hat.

K12LTSP developed out of the collaboration between Paul Nelson, who teaches at Riverdale High School in Portland, Oregon, and the local Linux User Group. Paul now moderates the K12LTSP mailing list.
