We have available a KS3 SoW, the Yr7 scheme is called 'Codename Cobra' and is a James Bond/Lara Croft type theme, the kids love it. You can download it here.
We are also developing a Yr 8 and 9 SoW called Copernicus, with a space theme. Have had many people asking for it and know of at least 5/6 schools that are now using the yr7 and 3 schools using all three SoW.
These Schemes of Work can be used on whatever platform you like, I have some schools using MS and other schools using it with OpenOffice. Have had around 30 request so far and no complaints, so hopefully they are ok
