| Project Description |
We have used Redhat Linux and MarsNWE to create an emulated Novell NetWare server which, at the moment serves 200 workstations a total of 35 CD-ROMS. In addition to this, we have a Linux server acting as a proxy and e-mail server (using Symantec I-Gear and Mail-Gear) with Apache using Frontpage extensions running our website. |

| Project Evaluation |
This systems seems to run faster than the OS it is emulating - and has not had an unscheduled downtime in the last 5 years |
||
